The elements are modules prefabricated in TYPO3 and approved by uniIT and the Press + Communication department, which are made available for the construction of a web presence.

The elements are divided into three groups:

• mandatory elements that cannot be changed throughout the entire website (e.g. university logo (exception for cooperation projects), lead color, search slot, path or breadcrumb, footer or page footer)
• obligatory elements with possibility of change (e.g. menu structure partly changeable, start image, area news)
• optional elements all elements listed on the left are available. (The balance between the left and the right column is taken into account, therefore the number of elements can vary, but there are application limits which are mentioned in the descriptions).
