Accordion

For a more structured division of longer texts, the accordion element can be used. This shows up to the left of the headline with eye-catching arrows that expand to reveal the entire text when clicked. When another accordion item is opened, the one before it collapses again. This item is optimized for use in the middle column only, and its use is also user-definable.

Note: Images or galleries can now be added via the Media tab in the accordion item.

How do I create an accordion?

  1. Select the WEB → Page module.
  2. In the page tree, select the desired page where you want the accordion to be located.
  3. In the center content area, click Create New Content Element.
  4. Select the Grid Elements tab and select the Accordion element.
  5. Save and close the created accordion.
  6. In the Accordion frame, click Create New Content Element for Content and select a "Create Accordion Element" under Special Elements. Only this element is output with heading and content in the accordion.

Accordion elements cannot be translated directly, because the order of the elements is the same as in German. If now an alphabetical listing is to be made, you must contact the service desk, then the direct coupling to the German language version can be cancelled.
