The event management tool ESRA (esrasoft) offers the possibility of cost-related or free training courses, meetings, events or conferences tailored to the participants (external, students, employees).
The events are created in the ESRA backend and integrated into the TYPO3 site via the EsraSoft PlugIn: An example can be found at https://it.uni-graz.at/de/it-training-fuer-bedienstete/
Chargeable events are paid in via Unzer and forwarded directly to the bookkeeping and accounting department by means of the cost center specified in the background. For participants, a cost breakdown can be created for students, staff and externals.
- ESRA includes a participant administration, which allows the communication before and after the event to all or only certain participants. The administration of waiting list participants, people who have canceled, entire registration list or only current participants is possible.
- A waiting list process is built in, which allows to set a minimum and maximum number of participants. This waiting list can be viewed and changed in the ESRA backend.
- You have the possibility to upload scripts or documents, which can be accessed online by the event visitors after the event.
- The participant status of individual participants can be viewed.
- A financial statement can be sent out.
- A confirmation of participation can be printed out. Confirmations of participation or participation feedback are sent out via e-mail. These can be completed in the ESRA backend by the organizers. It is also possible to export lists of participants and attendance lists in Excel.
- An event can be released individually on the Internet, also the possibility to register can be switched on or off manually.
- The event can be displayed on the website with a description of the event and a picture. It is also possible to create an internal, i.e. not publicly accessible note for the event, in order to leave a short feedback for further events, if necessary.
- The created events can be cancelled and the participants of all lists can be informed via a reminder, which can be freely formulated by you.
ESRA is only for events of the University of Graz and can only be integrated in TYPO3 pages of the University of Graz.
