Forms

In Typo3 you can create various forms. The form will be sent to a special e-mail address. This must be deposited by you. In addition, you can add other options.

If you only use the fields specified below for the purpose of contacting us, the information requirements for this processing are covered by the privacy policy for contacting us. However, if you add further fields to the (contact) form or use it for other purposes, you must provide your own privacy statement. A general template for this can be found at this link. A special guideline including a sample for events can be found here. Please also note that the principle of data minimization must be observed, i.e. only that data may be processed (collected via the form) which is absolutely necessary for the purpose.

  • First name and surname
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Matriculation number

Text fields (single-line & multi-line), checkboxes (-groups) or radio buttons, drop-down selection fields can be used. Restrictions can be set for the fields to be queried (e.g.: only a date or a number can be entered or that the field queries an email address (check if @ occurs in it)). In addition, it can be determined whether the field is a mandatory field that must be filled in to submit the form.

If you want to request more information, a privacy policy must be created by you and added to the form (via document, link to internal or link to external page). If you want to add the form without a privacy policy, the form will not be displayed, but only a red Infobox (with a hint what to do here) will be displayed. A general sample including explanations can be found here. A special guideline including a sample for events can be found at this link. If you need support in creating your own privacy policy, please contact .

The instructions to create an individual form can be found here.
